Hi,
I'm Riku Kivilinna aka Hitstash, music producer, composer and mixing engineer.
I've been working with audio professionally since 2012, producing music for artists of various genres and composing music for media, short films and theatre productions.
I'm often described zen-like in my working process, reflecting my long experience of martial arts and my passion for making quality music. I will give your art the attention it deserves, my full and unwavering focus to reach its full potential without compromises.

PRODUCTION
Production of original music.
Share me your idea, it can be raw, it can be just a vocal hook, lyrics, melodies or a guitar riff – and I’ll produce you a song with an appropriate feel with the sound that modern music requires.
CO-PRODUCTION
I am also often reached out to do additional production for a song to add that little extra to make it feel ready to be professionally mixed.
This can be tweaking of tones, adding extra layers or swapping sounds completely as well as re-thinking the arrangement.
MIXING
And that’s the next step I can provide for you.
If you already have a song ready and produced to your liking - I’m happy to give it my interpretation or mix it along the guidelines or references you’ll provide me.

Studio
My studio is a hybrid one, using best software avaible with select pieces of high end analog audio gear. My master chain always has the option of a tube equalizer and compressor, the final mix printed through high quality audio converters.
For recording I use top of the line microphones, mostly through an Avalon preamp for crisp detailed sound capturing all the nuances of your performance.
